Order Processing

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Holidays: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to ensure your filter arrives when you need it. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–9 business days after processing.
Track Your Ritual
Once your package is in transit, you can track its journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us on our CONTACT page within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. RELIV is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately; if the order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
